Bio Bass Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The returned item must be in the same condition as received: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or order confirmation to facilitate the return process.

To initiate the return process, contact us at [email protected] specifying the reason for the return and the order number. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition as per the above criteria, we will issue a refund within 7 business days using the original payment method.

Refunds

If the product received is defective or does not match the description, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving the item. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] specifying the issue and attaching any explanatory photos.

Once your request is reviewed, if the return is approved, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping costs, within 7 business days using the original payment method.

For our Dachshunds, we wanted the best, that is, Natural and gentle products that would not harm their coat and skin in any way.
