We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. <\/p>

Returns<\/strong><\/p>

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The returned item must be in the same condition as received: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or order confirmation to facilitate the return process. <\/p>

To initiate the return process, contact us at biobasssrls@gmail.com<\/a> specifying the reason for the return and the order number. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. <\/p>

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition as per the above criteria, we will issue a refund within 7 business days using the original payment method.<\/p>

Refunds<\/strong><\/p>

If the product received is defective or does not match the description, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving the item. Please contact us immediately at biobasssrls@gmail.com<\/a> specifying the issue and attaching any explanatory photos. <\/p>

Once your request is reviewed, if the return is approved, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping costs, within 7 business days using the original payment method.<\/p>
